Building a Solar Powered Weather Station

For many years I've wanted to have a personal weather station so that I could record and track data based on where I actually live, rather than where the nearest Met Office weather station is.  Also, i'd like to manipulate the data I get from the weather station and upload to the AWS cloud.  Anyway, I need this station to operate from a combination to solar power and batteries, so in this first YouTube video,  I do some research into that...
